Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance level at on water fountain in Room 2. This poses an immediate/potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Director states that this water fountain has been made inaccessible as the water needed to be turned back on to complete the flushing and the fact that it was turned off since the pandemic started might have been the cause of the lead build up. Repairs have been started and Director will keep Licensing informed of the progress.
