Based on observation and (record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed 2 expired medications which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Plan of correction: Director will give expired medication back to parents and replace with new medications with original package and proper label. Director will provide a signed letter stating she gave the medication back to parents and send to LPA by 5pm on 5/09/25.
