The facility has made the sink that tested with an ALE out of service and posted appropriate signage. Sink is located in area used by adults only. Fixture(s) are to be retested by a certified water sampler and a follow-up water sample must be taken following the protocol. Fixture and piping has been replaced. POC has been recived by the SDCCRO. Citation will be cleared once sink and piping have been completely replaced.
