Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, during todays inspection LPA observed 1 infant sleeping in an off limits bedroom in a crib, Licensee stated that she rarely uses that bedroom but because she has two infants she wanted to seperate them so one does not wake up the other, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
