Based on LPAs observation, On November 22, 2022, teacher aides S1 and S2 were observed alone in classrooms and were not working under the direct supervision of a teacher. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of persons in care.

Per Facility Representaive the Center will make sure that all aides are under the supervision of a qualified teacher. During the inspection additional teachers arrived on site and the Aides were supervised by a teachers. No further action is required
