Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Chiod 1 (a 5 month old infant) was napping in crib which was observed to have pads on 2 sides of crib which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The staff removed infant from crib immediately upon LPA arrival. Per licensee, the staff will be retrained on safe sleep regulations. The bumbers will be removed if it is to be used by Children in care. LPA provided technical assistance including information on the Departments Technical Support Program (TSP).

The licensee removed the cleaning compounds from the sink and placed them in locked garage. Per licensee, she will provided additional training to the cleaning persons to make sure the cleaning compunds are placed inaccesible to children in care.
