LPA obtained documentation revealing during the month of December 2025 licensee cared for more than 8 children at one given time. Also, on 1/28/2026 LPA observed 10 children in care. This poses a potential Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee will ensure no more than 8 children are at day care at one given time. Licensee will speak to parents to make sure children are picked up on time and have parents sign the agree and understand to pick on time. Licensee will also apply for the large FCC license by the end of the month 2/27/2026 by via mail.
