Director will conduct training with staff covering the importance of 100% supervision. Director will provide the Department with documentation of the training criteria along with a list of the names of staff that participated in the training. Director will also install additional secure devices to prevent children from opening the gate. Director is to develop and implement an individualized plan to address the personal needs and behaviors of chiildren.
