Facility ordered a safety gate to place inside the entrace of the classroom, conducted training with staff including zoning procedures in classroom to maintain full visibility of all children in the classroom. SS agreed to send log of training with staff signatures to CCL by POC due date 08/04/2023. SS also agreed to send photos of the gates in the classroom once installed. SS also agreed to have an extra post or barrier installed in the fence next to classroom #4 where there is currently a gap that a small child may be able to fit through.

Facility has ceased operation of the affected water outlet and made the outlet inoperable. Director has posted notification of exceedance on facility's parents board and will notify parents/authorized representatives of corrective action already taken. Facility will remove, or repair and replace the affected outlet and conduct follow up water sample as outlined in Written Directives Section 101705. All required documentation is to be submitted to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Office by 2/09/2023.
