Per Program Manager Erin Wilcox, staff received current training on Personal Rights on 07/16/2026. Program Manager Wilcox will provide an updated protocol outlining how staff will ensure that children’s personal rights are not infringed upon. Protocol shall include a statement on how the program director will provide unannounced observations of staff while they are working with children in care.
