On 06/18/2026, Director conducted an all staff traninig for supervision, personal rights requirements, learning care supervison and behavior expectations procedures.The Director provided the sign-in sheets for all staff. Based on observation during the inspection, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the LPA observed three staff to be in the fenced outside playground with children, however all three staff were standing in a circle by the play structure talking and not supervising the children. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

This plan shall include who will be tasked with ensuring parents and/or authorized representatives are signing children in/out and what times of day staff will audit it. Staff to be trained on protocol. Licensee will also inform parents of the requirements and shall submit the notice to parent along with staff training to the Fresno CCL office by 1/10/22.
