LPA's observation, interviews conducted and creditable information from Arvin Building and Planning Department stating have no records or approved plans for the patio enclosement was found on record. Licensee stated children utilize the patio cover tto get toys, activities, complete homework and utilize the restroom. This poses a potential health, and safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.
Licensee shall immediately not utilize the patio cover for chidren in care and submit a new facility sketch and statement where areas are permitted for children and areas off limits. Licensee shall email facility sketch and statement to the Palmdale office by due date specified.
