      Administration of Child Day Care Licensing

      Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, three staff members (Lupe, Amanda, and Cindy) were unable to prove have renewed the mandated reporter training (AB1207) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Teacher Lupe shall submit to this Licensing Program proof of completion of the Mandated Reporter training (AB1207) for the 3 staff members listed above, by or on May 11, 2023.

      Correction due May 11, 2023. Standard 1596.8662(b)(1).
