Licensee to obtain fingerprint clearance for the adult before joining the facility. Licensee was informed earlier by previous analysts (before 2025) that she could have a personnel shadow her finger print cleared assistant for a short time in the day. Today, 8/20/2026 the potential hire was present for the first time in the facility. Livescan appointment for potential hire was scheduled today on site . Adult left to an off-limit area away from children in care to conduct her Mandated Reporter Training. The adult left after the fingerprint appointment. Licensee stated that she will not be able to return to care for children until a clearance is obtained. Licensee to submit proof of cleanrance LPA/CCLdepartment for the adult.
