Based on observation, and interview, at 9:00am LPA Odom observed a baby bouncer inside the napping area and 9:20am LPA observed a baby walker in the outdoor infant playground, staff were not utilizing the baby equipment. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Assisitant director stated families donated that baby equipment and they are no used by the infants. Assistant director removed the baby equipment from the infant areas and they were planning to donate the baby equipment. Director will submit a written plan to make sure that baby walkers and similar equipement is not utilized in the childcare center. Director will submit POC by the due date.
