Based on observation and interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above, at 9:25am LPA was provided a tour by area Director, Maria Rodriguez, she lead LPA to infant room to take census. LPA observed 9 infants and two teachers. Therefore the infant room was over ratio which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
A correction plan is recorded. No state verification date is shown.

Director stated a teacher called out due to a personal emergency and is usually in compliance. Facility will hire floaters to help support ratios. Director will email LPA Valdez Santana her POC via email by due date.
