Based on lab report analysis water from outlet A bathroom sink located in "Toddler B" tested on 9/27/22 had a level of 161.0 ppb (parts per billion) . This faucet sample indicates levels of lead in exceedance.

Facility staff followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted.Outlet A was made inacessible with a sign stating, "DO NOT USE". Notification sent out to parents via app "Sprout About", Outlet was replaced (not in use) and resampled on 9/27/22, but still did not PASS. Addtional water filter will be installed and resampled, reflushing and conditioning for 3 weeks. An additional water filter will be added to the outlet. Director will email results to LPA.Alternate water sources are water coolers from the other PASS sinks, along with individual bottle waters readily available for the staff and children.
