      Administration of Child Day Care Licensing

      Based on records review and observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in three out of three staff, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Three staff, two of whom were present, did not have a valid mandated reporter certificate.

      Plan of correction: The licensee stated all staff will renew that mandated reporter certificate training by the due date. The director will send proof of correction to the LPA.

      Lead Testing

      Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one of one water lead tests, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The didrecto stated the facility did not test the water for lead. The director uses a Coway system that filters tap water. This source of water has not been tested.

      Plan of correction: The director stated all sources of water used for food preparation or human consumption will be tested. The Director will send proof of correction to the LPA

      Storage Space

      Based on observation , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPAs observed clorox and cleaning supplies were stored in kitchen pantry along with food . This poses a poential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Director removed items during visit and placed them underneath the sink in a locked cabinet.

      Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above i. LPAs observed can of llysol under the children's restroom sink which was accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: licensee removed lysol can and made it inaccessible during visit, licensee will store where children can not reach
