Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there was a lot of spider webs, debris on the climbing equipment, per facility representative the area is not used but there was nothing to block the area and it's accessible to the children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Plan of correction: The licensee will provide proof the climbing equipment being clean or proof of the area being inaccessible to the children by the POC due date via email at aiddee.nunez@dss.ca.gov
