      Administration of Child Day Care Licensing

      Based on observation, interviews, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 3 staff did not have the correct Mandated Reporter Training Certificate (AB1207) which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Staff will email LPA Valdez Santana at dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov the approved/correct Mandated Reporter Training (AB1207-Child Care Providers) for the 3 staff by POC due date.

      Correction due Jan 31, 2025. Standard 1596.8662(b)(1).
