Recorded plan of correction
Licensee has implemented a new headcount process for children when outside the facility. Licensee will use temporary fencing when children are outside the facility, which will be ready for use on 1/22/26.
Licensee has shown LPAs the new headcount procedure and willl email LPA a picture of the temporary fencing set up by 1/22/26. This is a zero tolerance violation. An immediate $500 is assessed today and $100 per day will be assessed until corrected. Subsequent zero tolerance violations are $1000 immediate civil penalty and $100 per day will be assessed until corrected.
