By 06/08/2026, Director stated they will have a meeting regarding proper supervision. DIrector stated they will submit an agenda and sign in sheet as well as a written statement regarding an check in with staff. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
